Policies & Procedures


My clients are very important to me and it is my mission to provide an exceptional customer service. As an artist and designer, taking on custom orders requires that I have a sense of artistic liberty over the design so that I can place all accents and elements to the best aesthetic. Processing:

  • Production time for custom statues currently runs between 1-2 weeks. This is subject to change seasonally or due to demand. If you have questions regarding this or would like to double check production times, please email me.
  • Please keep my production period in mind if you are ordering with a deadline in mind. I can not expedite custom pieces.
  • Ready made items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days.

Payment:

  • All major credit cards are accepted. If you’d like to use another source of payment, please email me to discuss options.

Shipping:

  • Ready made orders are shipped once a week, usually on Friday via USPS. But please allow 3-5 business days for your purchase to process and ship. Email confirmation will be sent.
  • All shipping prices include delivery confirmation and tracking numbers where applicable. I make every effort to keep shipping prices fair for my customers.
  • Please keep in mind, all shipping and handling charges are based on weight and include packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, wrapping paper, tape, labels, etc…), cost of gas to drive to the post office, time spent preparing your package, etc…
  • Custom orders will generally ship 14 days after payment is received, depending on the amount of time needed to craft the item.

Domestic Shipping within the US: Packages shipped via USPS. Shipping takes 3-5 days for arrival depending on location.

International Shipping: Packages shipped via USPS. Shipping can take up to 3+ weeks, depending on location. *INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Customs forms will be completed with the purchase price. Buyers are responsible for any Customs import taxes, duties, tariffs, or other charges assessed by their countries, and should check into those charges before making a purchase.

  • Shipping notification will be sent via email with tracking information (where applies)
  • Please make every effort to use your current shipping address during checkout. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
  • If the address is wrong after item has shipped, I will reship it once it has been returned to me, buyer pays for reshipping.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We will issue a refund on an item if it is a “Ready Made” item only, and only if you contact me within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • I will refund an item so long as it is returned within 30 business days in its original form. The refund will be sent after the item is received here.

  • Due to the nature of custom orders, refunds are not available. Customer satisfaction is absolutely a priority and customers should contact me if there is an issue. Thank you for understanding.
  • Should an item ever arrive damaged, please contact me and I will help you and ensure that your experience brings you both satisfaction and a beautiful, in tact product. Shipping maladies are few and far between but if the issue should present itself, you know where to find me. 🙂
